I am a wife, writer and busy mommy to two highly sensitive little boys (5 and 8 years old). I know the challenges and joys that you are facing raising your highly sensitive children (HSCs), as I am experiencing them daily right along with you!

In 2017, I started my blog, thehighlysensitivechild.com to help other parents understand and appreciate their HSCs. I realized that there were parents all over the world who were asking the same questions I was 4 years earlier. Why does my son have trouble with loud noises? Why is school so difficult for him? How come he can’t join in with a group of kids like other children can? Why is he so emotional?
