My Book of Brave. A journal for taking control of scary feelings and fears

My Inspiration

I made a blueprint of this for my oldest son when he was at the height of struggling with his fears and anxiety due to Selective Mutism and being a highly sensitive child.  It was only stapled pieces of paper, but it became such an effective tool for him, that I knew one day I wanted to create a true journal to help other children dealing with anxiety in their daily life.  I have been working on this for a long time and I am so excited that it is now available and has been received so well.  A big victory for brave children everywhere!!

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who continues to help in any way to spread the word about my journal.  I appreciate all of you who have shared your personal stories, pictures and journal entries with me.  I am so proud of all your brave children!

See what others are saying about the journal:

“This is a wonderful journal that would be useful for any child experiencing anxiety in their life. A great resource for anyone who works with children of any age. It would be a great tool in a school setting as well.”
Diane

“Our SM daughter loves her new journal and is proud to write in it daily. It’s fun to read her thoughts about different situations.  Journal is well thought out, and very effective!”
Erik

“This has been such a helpful tool for my child to work through her anxiety. It’s also helpful to me, as the parent, to be able to really pinpoint the focus of her anxiety.” –
Chad

“I bought this journal for my highly sensitive grandson. He is often nervous about new experiences and trying new things, and so I thought I would give this a try. He is young, so either myself or his parents help him write what he wants to say and he enjoys picking the scary face that he feels and drawing a picture. It makes him feel good to get his feelings out and it helps us understand him better too!”
